Wishing all online students and teachers a wonderful Easter weekend and a very relaxing holiday break!
Congratulations for making it through Term One, especially our new students who have had a crash-course in online learning - I hope it is starting to become easier and you are getting into the swing of things. The start of Term Two will be a really focussed time to get lots of work covered before camp in Week 6 (May 25-29).
Interim Reports
Interim reports for the Humanities students will be emailed before the start of next term. Those for Maths/Science students are being posted and you will receive them next week.
Day 1 Term 2
Because schools have different student-free days, the first Monday back will be a little messy.
For Maths/Science students, Perth Modern School has a student-free day on the Monday, so there will be no classes. If you are at school, please use that period as an independent study time and teachers will make sure there is work for you to go on with.
For Humanities students: Kelmscott SHS do not have a student-free day on the Monday, so online lessons will be going ahead. If your school is having a student-free day and you are not going to be attending the lesson, please message your teacher to let them know (you can always do the lesson from home!! ).
Ms Christensen's Annual Bad Easter Jokes
OK, I know I subject you to this each year, but I know you secretly love my 'bad' jokes. I have a few favourites which I am recycling, sorry if you've seen them before.
What do you call a bunny with a large brain? An egghead.
Where does the Easter Bunny get his eggs? From Eggplants.
What happened to the Easter Bunny when he misbehaved at school? He was eggspelled!
Why did the Easter egg hide? He was a little chicken!
Why won't Easter eggs go out at night? They don't want to get "beat up".
What do you call ten rabbits marching backwards? A receding hareline.
How many Easter eggs can you put in an empty basket? Only one – after that it’s not empty any more!
Now for some cartoons for your viewing pleasure:

That last one was for me - I often forget where I hide all my daughter's eggs - one Easter I found one from the previous year!!
Have an eggs-cellent Easter and a hoppy holiday!! (I hear your groans don't worry )
